HowClip is a technology platform that enables anyone anywhere to create and share educational/skills teaching clips. Our marketplace model means we do not review or edit the courses for legal issues, and we are not in a position to determine the legality of course content. However, it is important to us that user posting clips on HowClip respect the intellectual property of others. When users post clips on our website, they make the promise that they have the necessary authorization or rights to use all the content contained in their clips.

Infringing activity is not tolerated on or through our platform. This policy addresses what we do in the event of copyright infringement reports from content owners and trademark infringement claims from trademark owners with respect to the clips on the HowClip platform. The policy also addresses what we do when HowClip users’ courses are copied on third-party platforms without their consent.

Safety

13 Years old and below

Any use or access by anyone under the age of 13 is prohibited. Any 13 old person shall be under parental supervision while using HowClip.

Content

HowClip prohibits any content that contains illegal stuff or promotes illegal activities with the intent to commit such activities.

No Violence

HowClip prohibits any content that contains credible threats or organizes acts of real-world violence.

No Harassment

Any abusive or inappropriate content directed at private individuals is not allowed.

Intellectual Property

Do not share content that you do not have the right to share or claim content that you did not create as your own.

Spam is not Cool

HowClip doesn’t accept spam content. Do not share irrelevant or inappropriate advertising, promotional, or solicitation content.

Using HowClip

You may use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with HowClip, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create your HowClip account, and subsequently when you use certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.

Any Personal Data or content that you voluntarily disclose in public areas becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by other users for any reason. Your profile pages (“Profile”) is typically publicly available. You have the ability to change your account data. If you need assistance with controlling your account privacy settings or with deleting content, please contact us. You should exercise caution before disclosing your Personal Data via these or any other public venues.
